About this fabric

The denim-blue background reads cool and softly muted, allowing the cream, pink and mustard elements within each broken spot to stand out without becoming harsh. Black flecks add definition to the scattered motif, while the varied spot shapes keep the surface visually playful rather than uniform. At 236 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery; no performance features are noted. It has a 139 cm usable width, with a 63.5 cm vertical repeat and 69.1 cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement.

How to use it

Pair this cool blue colourway with pale timber, warm white upholstery and mustard or blush accents to echo the colours within the spots. Its small repeat works well on occasional chairs, cushions and relaxed curtains where the scattered pattern can remain clearly visible.

Use the cool denim-blue ground to add a playful, graphic accent to seating, cushions or relaxed window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Leopard Dots Denim/Milkshake without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
