Jackfruit and the Beanstalk Midnight places an exuberant botanical repeat against a deep midnight-blue ground. Mustard-gold vines, jewel-toned leaves, pink flowers and pale fruit motifs create a layered, illustrated effect with plenty of contrast.

About this fabric

The dark blue background gives this colourway a cool, inky depth, while mustard leaves and winding golden stems bring warmth across the surface. Pink, coral, teal, green and cream details punctuate the design with a lively, garden-like rhythm, including stylised fruit, fern-like foliage and daisy-shaped blooms. At 220 gsm, the fabric has a versatile mid-weight handle suited to upholstery and drapery applications. The 139.2 cm usable width is arranged around a 63.6 cm vertical repeat and 67.6 cm horizontal repeat, so the placement of the larger botanical elements should be considered when cutting.

How to use it

Pair the midnight-blue ground with warm timber, ochre and brass for a cosy, collected scheme, or draw out its cooler teal and cream accents with blue-painted furniture and soft neutral upholstery. Use it on a statement chair or full-length curtains where the 63.6 cm vertical repeat can be appreciated.
