March Hare Hare Summer

Land & Sea FabricCCF0289-04

March Hare Hare Summer places leaping hare illustrations and fine-stemmed flowers over a pale, cool blue-grey ground. Coral-pink blooms, muted blue flowerheads and mustard foliage give the colourway a gently animated, garden-inspired character.

About this fabric

The softly washed blue-grey background keeps the design light, while the grey hares have a sketch-like, textured appearance that makes each animal feel particularly tactile. Coral-pink flowers provide the strongest colour contrast, balanced by powder-blue flowerheads and olive-mustard leaves. Weighing 224 gsm and offering a 137 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric for upholstery or drapery. Its 31.5 cm vertical and 34.3 cm horizontal pattern repeats allow the hares and scattered botanicals to reappear across the cloth without losing the open feel of the ground.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey colourway on a relaxed armchair, bench cushion or full-length curtains, then pick up the coral flowers with plain cushions or painted furniture in warm mustard or soft pink. Its illustrated hares bring a playful note to bedrooms, reading corners and informal sitting rooms.

A playful blue-grey ground with lively pink, mustard and blue botanical accents for relaxed upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
