Wilderwood Teal/Spice

Northwood Fabric FabricCCF0752-04

Wilderwood Teal/Spice layers finely drawn teal foliage over a softly ivory ground, with small spice-gold details warming the repeat. The overall effect is cool and leafy at first glance, with richer ochre accents appearing throughout the pattern.

About this fabric

This 224gsm fabric has a dense botanical design in muted teal, pale ivory and warm spice, creating a balanced contrast between cool foliage and golden highlights. The repeat measures 32cm vertically by 27.5cm horizontally, giving the leaf-and-branch arrangement a noticeable but manageable medium scale. With a 137cm usable width and a standard length of 40m, it is suited to projects requiring coordinated lengths across upholstery or drapery. The lightly textured-looking pattern is detailed enough to add depth while the ivory ground keeps the colourway visually open.

How to use it

Use the cool teal foliage on a chair, bench or full-length curtain, then echo the spice-gold touches with warm timber, aged brass or ochre accessories. The ivory ground will sit comfortably with chalky neutrals without losing the pattern’s leafy definition.

A versatile mid-weight botanical with cool teal foliage, warm spice accents and a softly ivory ground.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Wilderwood Teal/Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
