Avani Teal/Spice

Eco FabricCCF0547-07

Avani Teal/Spice has a dense, finely crosswoven surface that combines cool muted teal with scattered warm spice and pale threads. The close-scale texture gives the colourway a softly mottled, tactile appearance rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

This substantial 588gsm textile is best suited to upholstery, with a 138cm usable width and a standard 30m length. The visible weave is formed from fine intersecting threads, creating a small irregular texture with understated rust-spice accents running through the blue-green ground. Its pattern repeat is just 1.3cm vertically and 0cm horizontally, so the surface reads as an even woven texture across larger upholstered areas. In changing light, the teal remains cool and grounded while the warmer flecks add gentle depth and prevent the shade from feeling stark.

How to use it

Pair Avani Teal/Spice with warm timber, aged brass and soft cream upholstery for balance, or use it on a statement chair where the spice flecks can warm the muted teal tone.

Use this weighty teal-and-spice weave to add quiet colour and tactile depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
