About this fabric

This 250gsm fabric has a cool, muted Kingfisher palette, combining blue teal, softened aqua and charcoal-like marks rather than a single flat colour. The large-scale design is formed from blurred botanical silhouettes and horizontal brush-like accents, with the vertically textured ground adding a softly weathered quality. It has a 139cm usable width, a 64cm vertical pattern repeat and a 46.3cm horizontal repeat. Supplied in a standard 40m length, it offers a versatile mid-weight for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-teal colourway to bring depth to a reading-room chair, bench or full-length curtain, pairing it with pale stone, soft grey and dark timber. Its misty contrast works particularly well where a room needs pattern with a calm, atmospheric feel rather than bright colour.

A cool blue-teal botanical textile with painterly depth, suited to curtains, cushions and upholstered accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Silhouette Kingfisher without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
