About this fabric

Woven at 273 gsm, Mystic Silver has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile for upholstery and drapery. The image shows a silver-grey ground layered with cloudy vertical bands, faint grain-like marks and delicate charcoal-grey fissures rather than a sharply defined motif. Its vertical repeat is 23.5 cm, with a closely matching 23.2 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the organic pattern to flow across the surface without feeling busy. The 139 cm usable width makes the fabric practical for considered soft-furnishing applications.

How to use it

Use Mystic Silver to lighten a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair, pairing its cool mineral tone with chalky whites, pale grey and brushed metal. As curtains, it will add texture without introducing a strong block of colour.

The cool silver-grey ground and softly marbled vertical texture bring a refined, mineral quality to upholstery, cushions and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
