Mystic Mocha

Diffusion FabricCCF0448-05

Mystic Mocha has a pale mocha-taupe ground, overlaid with softly weathered markings and fine vertical striations. Its light, chalky surface shifts gently between warm beige and muted grey as the texture catches the light.

About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke Diffusion fabric weighs 273gsm and has a 139cm usable width, making it a versatile mid-weight choice for upholstery or drapery. The design combines blurred, organic shapes with a vertically brushed-looking weave, creating a quietly distressed surface rather than a sharply defined motif. Its pale mocha tone is softened by cool grey-beige variation, giving the colourway a calm, lightly mineral character. The pattern repeats every 23.5cm vertically and 23.2cm horizontally, while the standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Pair Mystic Mocha with warm ivory, putty and weathered oak to emphasise its soft mocha warmth, or introduce charcoal accents to draw out the cooler grey shading. It would suit a relaxed armchair, headboard or gently gathered curtain where the vertical texture can remain visible.

Use its pale mocha taupe ground to soften upholstery or bring understated texture to full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Mystic Mocha without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
