Simone Linen

Castle Garden FabricCCF0189-04

Simone Linen presents a quiet botanical composition on a softly textured greige-taupe ground. Pale ivory flowers, leaves and winding stems create a low-contrast, gently aged impression across the cloth.

About this fabric

The swatch combines a matte, finely cross-hatched ground with scattered ivory floral sprays, including open blooms, curling branches and delicate leaf clusters. Its cool greige-taupe tone gives the traditional botanical drawing a subdued depth rather than a bright or strongly contrasting finish. At 424 gsm and 137 cm usable width, the fabric has a substantial presence suited to upholstery. The pattern repeats every 73 cm vertically and 70 cm horizontally, allowing the larger flowering branches to be positioned thoughtfully on chairs, headboards or sofas.

How to use it

Use Simone Linen on a statement armchair or sofa where its muted greige-taupe base can sit alongside chalky ivory, stone, soft brown and aged timber. Keep surrounding textures understated so the pale botanical sprays remain softly legible.

Use the muted greige-taupe ground to soften traditional upholstery, pairing it with ivory, stone and weathered wood.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
