Andhara Seaglass

Caspian Prints & Embroideries FabricSAF0306-01

Andhara Seaglass presents a light seafoam ground scattered with leafy branches, creamy blossoms and flashes of coral and turquoise birds. The overall effect is fresh and airy, with the raised-looking motif giving the fabric a lively, embroidered feel.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Caspian Prints & Embroideries collection is supplied as a Fabric with a usable width of 137 cm, a standard length of 60 m, and a pattern repeat of 68 cm vertically by 90 cm horizontally. At 252 gsm and 38 threads per cm, it reads as a substantial mid-weight textile rather than a delicate sheer. The colourway is a cool, soft seaglass green with a pale, misty cast that lets the cream flowers and green foliage stand out cleanly. Coral and turquoise birds add brighter accents, so the design feels cheerful without losing its calm, washed-water tone.

How to use it

Use it where the seaglass ground can lift the room, such as skirted chairs, headboards or relaxed curtains. It pairs especially well with painted whites, pale oak and the softer end of blue-green palettes.

A breezy seafoam ground softens the busy embroidery-style motif, making it ideal for statement upholstery or decorative curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
