About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Caspian Prints & Embroideries collection has a usable width of 140 cm and a pattern repeat of 68 cm vertically by 93 cm horizontally. The design is a generous botanical trail, with repeated pink rose blooms, slender brown stems, green foliage and small birds worked in blue and yellow across a warm cream ground. At 236 gsm and with 74 threads per cm, it reads as a substantial printed cloth with enough body for upholstery as well as softer decorative projects. The rose pinks are clear but not overly saturated, so the pattern feels lively without becoming heavy against the pale background.

How to use it

This colourway suits a bedroom armchair, a decorative ottoman or cushions where the cream ground can keep the room feeling light. It also works well in a space with painted woodwork or plain linens, letting the pink and green trail provide the detail.
