Cantaloupe Seasalt/Quince

Indoor Outdoor Prints OutdoorSAF0434-01

Cantaloupe Seasalt/Quince has a light cream ground lifted by teal leaves, pale green fruit and bright quince-yellow foliage. The print feels airy and lively, with the larger motifs keeping the design readable from a distance.

About this fabric

This Sanderson Indoor Outdoor Prints fabric is an outdoor textile with a usable width of 143 cm and a 46 cm vertical repeat, so the pattern has plenty of room to show its rounded fruit and branching leaf trails. At 220 gsm, it sits in a useful mid-weight range that can work for both cushions and lined curtains where a fabric with some substance is preferred. The colourway is distinctly soft and sun-washed: a creamy base, cool sea-toned teals and muted sage-greens, then a sharper quince-yellow that gives the design its freshness. The overall effect is cleaner and brighter than a beige floral, but gentler than a high-contrast tropical print.

How to use it

Use it to bring a crisp, garden-room feel to seating, bench pads or relaxed curtains, especially alongside white paint and natural textures. The creamy ground and teal accents also help it sit comfortably with coastal blues, pale timber and warm stone.

A fresh outdoor print that pairs easily with pale woods, rattan and sunlit neutrals.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cantaloupe Seasalt/Quince without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
