Emperor Peony Jade/Apricot

Water Garden Wallpapers WallpaperSAW0172-04

Emperor Peony Jade/Apricot places richly painted garden flowers, foliage and small birds against a softly muted pale jade ground. The apricot, coral and cream blooms give this colourway a warm, lively centre while the blue-green leaves add cool depth.

About this wallpaper

Large peonies and layered botanical sprays fill the design, with cream, apricot, coral and red flowers set among blue, teal and leafy green foliage. Against the pale jade background, the warmer blossoms feel especially vivid, while the cooler leaves and illustrated birds keep the overall impression balanced rather than sugary. This wallpaper has a 68.6 cm usable width and a 68.6 cm vertical pattern repeat, giving the garden composition a substantial, clearly articulated scale on the wall. The listed standard length is 10.05 m and the weight is 150 gsm.

How to use it

Use the pale jade ground across a bedroom, dining room or botanical-style sitting room, pairing it with warm ivory, aged wood and small accents of apricot or coral. Pick up the design’s blue-green foliage in painted furniture or plain textiles to give the floral detail a cooler counterpoint.

Use this pale jade and apricot colourway to bring an intricate, painterly garden effect to a feature wall.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Emperor Peony Jade/Apricot without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
