Esala Tropicana

Esala FabricSCF0098-03

Esala Tropicana brings a lively botanical scatter to a soft cream ground, with navy-blue foliage, olive and lime leaves, peachy coral sprigs and small dark floral accents. The varied hand-drawn motifs give this colourway a relaxed, illustrated character.

About this fabric

The cream background keeps the design light, while the combination of cool blue, leafy green, muted yellow, peach and terracotta creates depth without becoming overly dark. Small flowers, seed heads and stylised leaves are distributed across the surface in an informal, medium-scale arrangement. At 220 gsm and 44 threads per cm, the fabric has a versatile mid-weight specification suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern measures 64 cm vertically and 140 cm horizontally, with a 140.5 cm usable width for planning repeat placement.

How to use it

Use Esala Tropicana on a relaxed occasional chair, cushion or softly gathered curtain, pairing its cream ground with pale wood and drawing out the navy foliage for stronger accents. Olive, peach and ochre accessories will echo the colour details visible across the print.

Use the warm cream ground with pale timber, natural linen and deep blue accents for a fresh, collected scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
