About this fabric

The pattern combines elongated olive leaves, delicate grey-green sprigs, tiny blue accents and repeated teal fronds across the cream background. Its 43 cm vertical repeat and 92 cm horizontal repeat create a clearly recurring botanical arrangement without making the colourway feel dense. At 220 gsm, with a useable width of 137.9 cm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The supplied construction is listed at 44 threads per cm, while the 60 m standard length supports larger-scale project requirements.

How to use it

Pair Hubali Grasshopper with warm ivory, pale sage and natural timber to emphasise its fresh cream-and-olive palette, or use the teal fronds as a small accent colour in cushions and accessories. Its relaxed botanical scale works well on curtains, occasional upholstery and coordinated soft furnishings.

Use the cream ground and muted olive-teal foliage to bring a fresh, softly patterned layer to seating, cushions or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hubali Grasshopper without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
