About this fabric

The overlapping leaf motifs create a medium-scale repeat, with fine internal veining and painterly colour variation visible across the design. At 218 gsm and 38 threads per cm, this is a versatile mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery applications. It has a usable width of 138 cm, matching the 138 cm horizontal pattern repeat, while the vertical repeat is 64 cm. The tangerine leaves supply the strongest warmth, contrasted by deep teal blades, olive foliage and a pale neutral background.

How to use it

Use Hikkaduwa Tangerine on relaxed curtains, occasional chairs or cushions where its warm orange foliage can be balanced with pale timber, creamy walls and deep teal accents. Its olive and blue-green leaves also pair naturally with woven raffia and other quiet natural textures.
