Festival Fabric

Festival Hokey Pokey brings a rhythmic chevron pattern to a warm taupe ground, layered with cream, brown and charcoal zigzags. Its woven surface gives the geometric design a softly tactile, slightly irregular character.

About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated horizontal chevrons, with alternating fine and textured bands that create a clear stepped rhythm across the cloth. Warm taupe and cream provide the base, while brown and charcoal accents give the pattern depth without making the colourway feel stark. The close-up shows a woven face with gently uneven edges and visible tonal variation within the zigzag bands. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm, earthy colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or statement sofa, then echo its cream and charcoal accents through plain cushions, timber and aged leather.

Pair the warm taupe ground with timber, leather and soft cream accents to balance the graphic chevron rhythm.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Festival Hokey Pokey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
