About this fabric
The close-set horizontal ribs create a tactile, corded effect across the cloth, while the draped folds reveal subtle changes in depth and tone. Its saturated pillarbox red is softened by the darker oxblood cast, giving the colour a grounded, dramatic character rather than a bright primary-red appearance. The surface has a restrained sheen where the ribs turn towards the light, contrasted by dusky shaded valleys between the folds. With no pattern motif visible beyond the ribbed texture, the material reads as a richly tactile plain for upholstery.
How to use it
