About this fabric

This colourway reads as deep ink navy, with cool blue notes visible beneath its almost-black appearance. Very subtle horizontal and irregular tonal variation can be seen across the face, preventing the dark shade from looking completely flat. The dense-looking surface has a soft, muted texture rather than a pronounced motif or pattern. Its rich, low-reflective appearance makes the fabric especially suited to upholstery where a dramatic, enveloping colour is wanted.

How to use it

Pair Mystere Ink with aged timber, smoked metal and warm ivory accents to balance its cool, near-black blue depth. It would bring particular impact to a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard.

Use this deep, shadowy ink tone to give upholstered seating a quietly dramatic finish.
