About this fabric

The fabric is covered in irregular, curling motifs that resemble stylised paisleys, with fine ivory edging and muted brick-red infill details. Its blue-grey ground reads as cool and subdued rather than bright, allowing the red accents to add warmth without dominating. The visible surface has a gently nubby woven texture, and the diagonal folds show the pattern shifting naturally with the cloth. The close, detailed repeat gives this colourway a smart decorative character while retaining a softened, timeworn feel.

How to use it

Pair the cool dusty blue ground with chalky whites, weathered timber and muted terracotta accents. It would bring detailed colour to an occasional chair, headboard, cushions or softly gathered curtains.

Use the dusty blue ground to bring a cool, patterned accent to upholstery, cushions or relaxed curtains, with the muted red details echoed in nearby accessories.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
