About this fabric

The surface is formed by fine intersecting threads, creating a small-scale grid that varies gently as the cloth folds. Its blue-white tone reads crisp and cool in the lighter areas, while the open structure introduces soft grey depth in the shadows. The fluid folds visible in the swatch make it especially suited to relaxed drapery, where the weave can catch and release the light. Rather than a flat plain, this colourway has a subtly tactile, gauze-like presence.

How to use it

Pair Santorini Optic with whitewashed timber, pale grey upholstery and cool stone for a fresh coastal scheme. Its icy blue cast also works well as a soft layer at windows in calm, light-filled rooms.

Use this cool, airy blue-white weave for relaxed curtains and soft window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
