Sari Cobalt

Sari Fabric

Sari Cobalt is a deep, cool blue with a dark navy cast that becomes especially atmospheric where the cloth falls into shadow. Its softly crumpled folds reveal a fine linear surface texture rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The fabric is woven in a rich cobalt blue, with closely spaced striations running across the surface in subtly varied directions. The visible cloth is fine and fluid, forming generous folds that shift between near-black navy and clearer blue as the light moves across them. Its restrained texture gives the colour depth without introducing a separate pattern, keeping the overall effect composed and contemporary.

How to use it

Hang Sari Cobalt as full-length curtains where its cool, saturated blue can create a dramatic frame against pale walls. Pair it with charcoal, brushed metal or warm timber to balance the shade’s inky depth.

Use this deep cobalt blue to frame windows with elegant, softly gathered drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
