About this fabric

This 402gsm fabric has the visual substance suited to upholstery, while its 22 threads per centimetre give the surface a close, tactile appearance. The Midwinter colourway is distinctly cool: washed sage and silvery green leaves are deepened by charcoal-grey stems and darker foliage, rather than warmed by beige or yellow. The leafy pattern has a 79cm vertical repeat and a 134cm horizontal repeat, allowing the branching composition to read clearly across a larger upholstered surface. It is supplied at a usable width of 134cm, with a standard length of 60m.

How to use it

Use this cool sage-grey colourway on a country sofa, headboard or generously shaped armchair, pairing it with chalky neutrals, weathered timber and deeper charcoal accents. Its muted foliage also works well as a grounding botanical against pale stone or soft grey walls.

A cool, muted botanical with leafy branches that brings gentle depth to upholstered seating and occasional pieces.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Richmond Park Linen Midwinter without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
