Brocatello Nuovo Sea Green

Constantina Damask Weaves FabricZOF0032-02

Brocatello Nuovo Sea Green is a cool, softly muted damask with an airy sage-green ground and pale, chalky ornament. The woven surface gives the scrolling foliage and central medallions gentle tonal depth rather than a hard printed contrast.

About this fabric

This Zoffany fabric weighs 335gsm and has a 141cm usable width, making it a substantial choice for upholstered furniture. The design is arranged as a large-scale formal damask, with curling acanthus-like leaves, scrolling flourishes and repeated medallion forms visible across the sea-green ground. Its pattern repeat measures 78cm vertically by 70.5cm horizontally, so careful pattern placement will be important on larger pieces. Fine woven variation catches the light across the pale motifs, tempering the cool sage tone with soft ivory and grey-green detail.

How to use it

Use this sea-green colourway on a buttoned sofa, occasional chair or upholstered headboard where its pale damask has room to read clearly. Pair it with warm ivory, weathered timber and muted brass to balance the cool, misty green without losing its formal character.

A substantial sage-green damask with pale ivory ornament, suited to formal upholstery and statement seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
