About this fabric

The woven design combines large, symmetrical damask medallions with curling leaves, shell-like flourishes and fine tendrils in ivory and soft grey-white. Its pale blue ground reads as muted and slightly silvery, with the raised-looking ornament creating gentle depth across the surface. At 335 gsm and 98 threads per cm, this is a substantial woven fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 78 cm vertically and 70.5 cm horizontally, so careful placement will show the central motifs to best effect.

How to use it

Use the cool pale-blue ground to soften a formal sitting room, pairing it with chalky whites, silvered woods and quiet grey upholstery. It can bring a fresh, light finish to occasional chairs, curtains or a coordinated seating scheme.
