About this fabric

This 416 gsm velvet shows branching stems and overlapping leaves in charcoal, deep olive and ochre mustard, with pale grey-green foliage softening the background. The pile catches the light subtly across the darker leaves, giving the pattern a gently varied, shaded appearance rather than a flat block of colour. At 132.5 cm usable width, the design has a substantial 77.5 cm vertical repeat and a 132.5 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the sweeping botanical arrangement to read fully across upholstered surfaces. The standard length is 60 m, while the 57.7 threads-per-cm construction supports the fabric’s closely made, weighty feel.

How to use it

Use Nightfall on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where its olive-grey base can sit alongside weathered timber, charcoal paint and aged brass. Pick out the mustard leaves with a small ochre cushion or warm metal accent rather than introducing a brighter yellow.
