Prismatic Weave Sahara

Antiquary FabricZOF0159-04

Prismatic Weave Sahara presents a dark, atmospheric field of deep teal, russet, olive and muted aubergine. Fine vertical colour shifts run through the woven surface, creating a softly variegated stripe that changes subtly with the light.

About this fabric

This 253 gsm fabric has a dense, finely ridged weave, with narrow vertical striations that blend blue-green, rust, brown and olive tones rather than forming hard-edged bands. Its 192 threads per cm give the surface a close, tactile appearance, while the darker ground keeps the overall colourway composed and quietly dramatic. The 133.5 cm usable width suits both upholstery and drapery applications. A vertical repeat of 84.7 cm and horizontal repeat of 66.5 cm should be allowed for when planning patterned cuts.

How to use it

Pair the deep teal and smoky blue-green base with dark timber, aged brass and warm russet accents. On a tailored chair or sofa, the shifting vertical weave will bring depth without introducing a bold graphic motif; used as curtains, it will read as a rich, softly striated backdrop.

Use its dark teal ground and warm russet striations to add depth to tailored seating, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
