About this fabric

This substantial 710 gsm fabric is filled with finely detailed embroidered-looking birds, stylised flowers, leaves and pineapple-like forms, all picked out in muted sage, cream and warm taupe against the mineral ground. The 79 cm vertical repeat and 63 cm horizontal repeat allow the balanced composition to read clearly across a broad upholstered surface. With a usable width of 124.5 cm and a standard length of 30 m, it offers generous scope for considered cutting and pattern placement. A density of 33.8 threads per cm supports the close, richly worked appearance visible across the swatch.

How to use it

Use this cool mineral colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or occasional sofa, pairing it with chalky neutrals, aged timber and soft sage accents. Warm taupe upholstery details or antique brass will draw out the embroidery’s gentler contrast.
