Lisere Stripe La Seine

Arcadian Thames Fabrics FabricZOF0207-01

Lisere Stripe La Seine is shown here in a pale greige colourway, threaded with slender taupe and warm stone stripes. The closely spaced vertical lines give the surface a calm, tailored rhythm while the subtle texture stops the light ground from appearing flat.

About this fabric

The 215 gsm cloth has a softly ribbed, finely detailed appearance, with delicate taupe bands alternating against a cool pale greige background. Narrow dotted and linear stripe details add gentle contrast without overpowering the restrained colour palette. Its 137 cm useable width makes the design practical for both upholstery and drapery applications. The vertical pattern has no repeat, while the horizontal repeat is 35 cm; the fabric is supplied in a standard 35 m length and has 59 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use this pale greige and taupe colourway on a tailored armchair or bench where its fine vertical striping can sharpen a neutral scheme. It also suits softly gathered curtains, pairing naturally with warm stone, chalk and muted wood tones.

A softly textured greige stripe that brings quiet definition to upholstery, cushions or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
