About this fabric

This substantial velvet weighs 840gsm and has a usable width of 134.5cm, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. The compact, irregular looped motif repeats every 29cm vertically and 67cm horizontally, creating a lively surface pattern rather than a strict geometric layout. Pale grey-green lines stand out against the dark fern base, while the fine, closely woven texture gives the colour added depth. With 105 threads per cm, the fabric has a dense visual handle that suits statement chairs, sofas and occasional upholstery.

How to use it

Pair the cool depth of Deep Fern with warm timber, aged brass and oatmeal upholstery for balance, or use it on a compact accent chair where the pale meandering pattern can be seen clearly.
