Rushes Silver Birch

Kensington Walk Wallpapers WallpaperZOW0031-01

Rushes Silver Birch is shown here as a cool silver-grey wallcovering with a quiet, fine horizontal striation. Its softly varied surface reads more like a delicate linear texture than a printed motif.

About this wallpaper

The Silver Birch colourway appears as a cool, mid-tone grey with a silvery cast rather than a warm beige undertone. Across the swatch, very fine horizontal lines create a restrained strié texture; there is no visible contrasting motif or repeat. Catalogued as wallpaper, Rushes has a 137 cm useable width, with both vertical and horizontal pattern repeats recorded as 0 cm, and a listed weight of 287 gsm. The even surface lets subtle tonal variation carry the design without a strong graphic interruption.

How to use it

Use this cool silver-grey tone to create a calm, lightly reflective backdrop alongside charcoal, pale timber or blue-grey accents. The fine horizontal texture adds depth while keeping the wall visually quiet.

Use this cool silver-grey wallpaper as a calm, softly linear backdrop with charcoal, pale timber or blue-grey accents.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Rushes Silver Birch without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
