Floating Mountains Mineral

About this fabric

The softly painted mountains and cascading forms are balanced by dark evergreen branches, while small boats and distant tree lines add scale across the light ground. At 236 gsm with a 140 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both drapery and upholstery applications. The generous 124 cm vertical by 140 cm horizontal repeat allows the full landscape to read clearly when positioned across a larger surface. Supplied in a standard 40 m length, the Mineral colourway has a cool, tranquil character rather than a bright or strongly saturated finish.

How to use it

Use the pale mineral grey-green ground for full-length curtains in a calm bedroom or sitting room, then echo the deeper pine tones in cushions, painted furniture or trim. On an upholstered chair or headboard, centre the mountain and waterfall motifs to make the large repeat a quiet focal point.

A cool, softly atmospheric scenic textile that brings painted mountain forms and dark pine branches to curtains or upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
