Kanoko Copper

Kensington Walk Fabrics FabricZOF0058-03

Kanoko Copper combines burnished copper-brown angular bands with a warm cream ground. Its repeated triangular openings create a crisp geometric rhythm, softened by the visible striated weave.

About this fabric

Warm rust-copper lines build interlocking, offset triangular forms across the cream background, giving this colourway a distinctly earthy depth rather than a bright orange effect. Fine parallel striations within the bands are visible in the weave, adding tactile variation as the light moves across the surface. The 287 gsm fabric has a versatile mid-weight handle, while its 139.5 cm usable width suits both upholstery panels and generous curtain drops. The pattern repeats at 55 cm vertically and 69 cm horizontally, keeping the angular layout clearly legible at room scale.

How to use it

Use Kanoko Copper to introduce warm, graphic contrast on a chair, bench or pair of curtains, balancing its copper-brown tone with cream, walnut, aged brass or softly muted terracotta. The cream openings also make it easy to connect the fabric with lighter upholstery and natural-toned walls.

Warm copper geometry brings graphic definition to upholstery, curtains and coordinating soft furnishings.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kanoko Copper without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
