About this fabric

The Sahara colourway is dominated by a burnt rust ground, with near-black deer and sinuous botanical forms creating strong contrast across the surface. Small cream spots on the deer add a precise, unexpected highlight, while the velvet construction gives the colour depth as the pile catches the light. Weighing 416 gsm, this is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery rather than delicate dressmaking. It has a usable width of 131.5 cm and a repeating pattern measuring 62 cm vertically by 65.5 cm horizontally.

How to use it

Use Sahara on a compact sofa, dining chair or upholstered headboard where its warm terracotta depth can anchor a room. Echo the black drawing in dark wood or iron, and let the small cream markings guide quieter accent tones.
