About this fabric

The swatch shows a pale linen-beige ground threaded with fine darker flecks and a compact, nubby chenille-like weave. Rather than reading as a flat cream, this colour has a softly mixed surface that shifts gently between warm ivory and muted beige as the light moves across it. At 645 gsm and 140 cm usable width, it is a substantial textile suited to upholstery. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, the quiet plain weave can be aligned without matching a motif.

How to use it

Use this warm, pale beige on a structured sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its tactile weave can soften sharper architectural lines. Pair it with chalky whites, light oak and muted taupe for a calm, tonal scheme.

A substantial pale linen-beige chenille with a softly nubby weave, ideal for calm, tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
