Hepworth Moonbeam

Beach Fabric

Hepworth Moonbeam has a soft ivory ground with an almost-white appearance and a delicate, closely spaced horizontal texture. Its lightly irregular surface gives the plain fabric a gentle woven depth rather than a completely flat finish.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a cool, pale cream with a subtle greyed softness, rather than a bright stark white. Fine horizontal threads create a restrained striated effect across the surface, while the close weave keeps the overall look calm and even. The lightweight-looking cloth is best suited to drapery, where its quiet texture can remain visible without introducing a strong pattern. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Moonbeam at windows where its soft ivory tone can brighten a room without the sharper contrast of pure white. Pair it with pale timber, chalky neutrals and lightly textured furnishings to echo the swatch’s fine horizontal grain.

A quiet ivory ground with a fine horizontal texture for soft, understated window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
