Etch Cocoa reads as a deep, warm cocoa-brown, close to charcoal in the shadowed areas of the swatch. Fine vertical lines run continuously through the surface, creating a restrained ribbed texture rather than a printed motif; slight tonal variation keeps the dark ground from looking flat.
