Oolite Foil Wallcovering Smoke

Oolite Foil Wallcovering in Smoke has a softly weathered, mineral-like surface in a restrained taupe-grey. Fine reflective flecks catch across the mottled ground, adding quiet depth without bright contrast.

About this wallpaper

The Smoke colourway reads as a cool, muted taupe-grey, with faint beige warmth beneath its smoky surface. Irregular charcoal-grey marks and softly brushed horizontal and vertical traces create the impression of layered stone or weathered mineral. Small silvered highlights appear sporadically across the design, giving the wallcovering a delicate glimmer as the light shifts. As a wallpaper from Zinc Textile’s Mineralogy Wallcoverings collection, it brings texture and tonal movement to the wall rather than a strongly defined repeat.

How to use it

Use this smoky taupe-grey on a feature wall or throughout a softly lit room where its muted mineral ground can sit alongside warm stone, aged timber and brushed metal. Keep surrounding colours quiet to let the scattered reflective flecks provide the accent.

A smoky taupe-grey wallcovering with subtle mineral variation and foil-like glints for softly reflective depth.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Oolite Foil Wallcovering Smoke without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
