About this fabric

The trim has a compact, looped heading at the top, finished with closely packed strands that fall into an irregular fringe. Its colouring moves between muted gold, oatmeal ivory and fine taupe-grey lines, creating a layered, softly shaded surface rather than a flat metallic tone. The fringe catches the light along the raised heading and individual threads, while the hanging ends remain relaxed and tactile. The substantial woven appearance makes it especially suited to upholstery detailing and other decorative finishing work.

How to use it

Use Alezio Gold Trim along the lower edge of a warm ivory or taupe chair, ottoman or cushion for a quietly opulent finish. It also works against deeper brown or olive upholstery, where its muted gold threads will read more distinctly.

Use this softly gleaming fringe to finish upholstered edges, pelmets or cushions with a collected, decorative feel.
