About this fabric

This wallpaper’s 52 cm usable width presents a dense arrangement of grey lions, paired winged creatures, birds, insects and ornamental foliage, all picked out with fine black and charcoal linework. Olive and antique-gold wings, feathers and geometric accents bring warmth to the ivory background without making the colourway feel bright or brassy. A 45.7 cm vertical pattern repeat gives the symmetrical animal imagery a clear rhythm, while the 0 cm horizontal repeat reflects the design’s continuous width. Supplied in a standard 10.05 m length and weighing 150 gsm, it is a detailed statement covering for a decorative wall scheme.

How to use it

Pair the antique gold and ivory ground with dark olive, charcoal or warm timber accents so the illustrated wings and plumage feel deep and atmospheric. Use it on a feature wall where the large repeat can be appreciated, such as behind a desk, bed or console.

Use this richly illustrated gold colourway to bring drama to a study, snug or eclectic feature wall.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
