About this fabric

The narrow woven header is finished with closely packed fringe strands in raspberry, wine, plum, coral, orange and flashes of pink, creating a lively layered surface. Its uneven loose threads bring movement and tactile depth, while the darker berry tones give the brighter orange and coral accents definition. The supplied record lists no composition, width or performance features for this fabric. As a visibly substantial fringe trim rather than a fine fluid cloth, it is best suited to upholstery detailing, including chair edges, cushions, pelmets and decorative borders.

How to use it

Pair the raspberry-and-plum depth with dark timber, lacquered furniture or warm neutral upholstery, using the coral and orange threads as small accent notes. It would bring a deliberately maximal, boutique feel to the edge of a statement chair or ottoman.

Use this richly coloured fringe to finish upholstered edges, cushions or decorative panels with an eclectic, theatrical accent.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
