Keeley Silver

Essential Weaves Vol 3 FabricEWV3KEELEYF

Keeley Silver is a pale silver-grey damask with a soft sheen that lets the motif emerge gently from the ground. The pattern reads as elegant and restrained, with the lightest contrast between the weave and the design.

About this fabric

This Ashley Wilde fabric from Essential Weaves Vol 3 is a drapes-only textile, woven in India from 68% Recycle Polyester, 26% Cotton and 6% Polyester. At 140cm wide and 315 grams per linear metre, it has a substantial curtain cloth feel rather than an upholstery weight. The damask pattern is visible as a large, classical scroll form, picked out in a cool, misty silver that sits close to the base cloth for a very subtle finish. The 225 gsm construction gives the surface enough body to hang neatly while keeping the overall look soft and refined.

How to use it

Use this pale silver damask for full-length curtains where you want a calm, formal backdrop and a little low-key shimmer. It works especially well with charcoal, soft white and polished metal finishes.

A cool silver damask that gives curtains a quietly elegant, reflective finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
