Zardozi Copper

Isoku Fabric

Zardozi Copper combines a cool blue-grey ground with irregular copper-coloured markings, creating a softly weathered, tactile surface. The close-set weave gives the swatch visual depth without a bold, oversized motif.

About this fabric

The fabric shows a dense woven texture built from small, broken geometric marks, with muted copper threads scattered across a blue-grey base. Its copper tone is warm but softened rather than bright, while the cooler ground keeps the overall colourway balanced and understated. Subtle changes in the weave make the surface appear lighter and darker across the swatch, adding depth to the compact pattern. The substantial-looking textile is particularly well suited to upholstery where this layered texture can be seen at close range.

How to use it

Use Zardozi Copper on an occasional chair, headboard or sofa to introduce warm copper notes into a room of blue-grey, stone, taupe or softly weathered wood. Pair it with plain fabrics so the small-scale woven pattern remains the main textural detail.

A substantial-looking textured weave that brings warm copper depth to blue-grey and neutral upholstery schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
