About this fabric

The fabric reads as a dark, warm red-brown with plum and chocolate undertones, giving the upholstery a grounded, enveloping appearance. Fine horizontal striations and tonal irregularity move across the surface, creating texture without a bold repeated motif. In the image, the shade shifts gently between wine-dark areas and warmer copper-brown highlights where the light falls. The substantial upholstered sofa setting shows how confidently this textile carries broad, tailored forms.

How to use it

Pair Zeo Medjool with aged timber, smoked glass and softly patinated metal to reinforce its warm, layered character. Its burgundy-brown depth also works well against stone, taupe and muted blush accents.

Use this deep burgundy-brown upholstery to bring warmth and visual depth to a contemporary modular sofa or occasional chair.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
