Inaya Wallcovering Solent

Inaya Wallcovering Solent has an atmospheric, abstract landscape quality, with pale blue-grey washes, chalky white space and deep teal-grey marks. Its horizontal composition reads like blurred layers of water, cloud and distant shoreline.

About this wallpaper

This design is catalogued as wallpaper in the Zafaro Wallcoverings Black Edition collection. The Solent colourway is dominated by cool, misted blue-grey and off-white, punctuated by turquoise-teal accents and smoky charcoal bands. Broad, irregular horizontal brush marks create a large-scale abstract arrangement, while softened edges and visible tonal variation give the surface a distressed, painterly character. The darker strokes add depth without overwhelming the pale ground.

How to use it

Pair this cool blue-grey wallcovering with chalk white, weathered timber and charcoal accents to echo its pale ground and darker horizontal marks. In a quieter scheme, use the turquoise-teal notes as a restrained colour accent.

Use this cool, atmospheric blue-grey wallcovering to bring a softly layered, painterly quality to bedrooms, studies or calm contemporary living spaces.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Inaya Wallcovering Solent without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
