About this fabric
Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has a smooth, softly reflective face with very subtle tonal movement visible across the swatch. The cool blue-grey shade feels muted rather than stark, giving the fabric a calm, lightly atmospheric depth. It is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery, with machine-washable aftercare. The fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match flame-retardancy requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use this cool misty blue-grey on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its restrained colour can soften darker timber, charcoal and brushed metal. Pair it with chalky whites or blue-grey textiles to draw out the swatch’s subtle tonal shading.
