Maddox Silver presents a very pale, cool silver-grey surface with only subtle tonal movement across the cloth. Its quiet, near-plain appearance lets the soft texture rather than a motif define the colourway.

About this fabric

This 100% polyester fabric has a lightly mottled, softly matte appearance, with gentle variations that stop the silver-grey from looking completely flat. The cool tone reads clean and understated in the swatch, without a strong blue or beige cast. At 140 cm (55") wide, it is specified for curtains, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 42,000 Wyzenbeek Wire Mesh rub test supports its use for hard-wearing fixed upholstery, while the care guidance calls for a minimum cool machine wash, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying or bleaching, and a cool iron.

How to use it

Use Maddox Silver to keep a room light and composed: it works particularly well on a tailored chair or headboard, or as full-height curtains where its cool pale tone can soften brighter white and charcoal furnishings.
