About this fabric

The design is formed from broad and fine taupe lines crossing over the ivory ground, creating an even windowpane effect with a subtle natural variation in tone. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats measure 8.7 cm, keeping the check clearly defined at close range. Weighing 299 gsm, the fabric has a versatile mid-weight presence suited to both upholstery and drapery. It is supplied at a 137 cm usable width, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Kelmscott Natural to brighten a window seat, occasional chair or full-length curtain while retaining the warmth of a taupe-lined check. Its ivory base works particularly well with pale timber, linen tones and softly weathered neutrals.

A warm natural check that brings quiet structure to upholstery, curtains and relaxed country interiors.
