Biarritz Paprika

Biarritz FabricCCF0146-21

Biarritz Paprika has a warm, earthy terracotta-red ground, softened by fine pale threads woven through its close, tactile surface. The small-scale texture gives the colour gentle variation rather than a flat, uniform finish.

About this fabric

This 284gsm Clarke & Clarke fabric is a dense, mid-weight weave with a closely repeated, tiny grid-like texture visible across the swatch. Paprika terracotta creates a warm, sun-baked impression, while cream and muted taupe highlights catch between the darker threads to add depth. With a 140cm usable width, a 40m standard length and no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, it offers a practical continuous surface for coordinated applications. Its substantial but not overly heavy handle makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Pair the warm paprika-red tone with chalky creams, walnut timber and muted olive for an inviting, grounded scheme. The subtle woven texture works particularly well on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain where its tonal variation can be seen close up.

Use this warm paprika tone to bring depth to upholstery, cushions or softly structured curtains while the fine woven texture keeps the look considered.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
