About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke wallpaper combines a cool charcoal base with closely spaced vertical striations in silver-grey and softer grey-brown tones. The uneven lines create a weathered, mineral-like texture rather than a flat stripe, while the dark ground keeps the overall effect grounded and atmospheric. It has a 106 cm usable width and a 53 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat. Each standard length is 10.05 m, and the supplied weight is 460 gsm.

How to use it

Use Charcoal/Gilver on a feature wall or throughout a dimly lit room where its silver vertical marks can pick up subtle highlights. Pair the cool charcoal depth with pale stone, smoked timber and brushed metal for a restrained, contemporary scheme.

Use this cool charcoal-and-silver wallpaper to add vertical movement and a quietly polished finish to contemporary rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
